Overview

The AD22 Series Signal Light is suitable for electric circuits with AC 50 Hz, rated voltage up to 380 V and DC voltage up to 220 V to provide light signals with bright or dark information, which can be used as command signals, warning signals, accident signals and other indication signals.

The product complies with IEC 60947-5-1 and GB/T 14048.5.

Normal working conditions

1.Ambient air temperature: -5°C~+40°C, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed +35°C.

2.Altitude: Not higher than 2,000 m.

3.Atmospheric conditions: The relative atmospheric humidity shall not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is +40°C, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at a lower temperature, e.g. 90% humidity at 20°C. Special measures shall be taken for occasional condensation due to the temperature change.

4.Contamination grade: Grade 3.

5.Installation category: III.

6.Installation conditions: The diameter of the mounting hole and the size of the keyway of the mounting plate of the signal light shall conform to the provisions of Table 1 and Figure 1.

7.When several signal lights of the sizes listed in Table 1 are installed side by side on the same mounting plate, the center distance "a" of the mounting holes in the same row and the distance "c" between the center lines of each row shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. The thickness range of the installation plate: All signal lights can be installed on the plate with the thickness of 1–6 mm.

8.Operating range of the signal light: The limit range of voltage between signal light terminals is 0.85~1.1 times of the signal light working voltage.

9.It can be installed on the mounting hole of 22.3+0.4.

10.Wide power supply voltage: It can work normally within ±10% of the rated voltage.
