HUW9NEGZ-2500H DC frame disconnector (hereinafter referred to as the disconnector) is suitable for DC systems with a rated operating voltage up to DC1500V and a rated current up to 2500A. It is mainly used for distribution, serving as a disconnector for infrequent connection and disconnection of circuits and lines.

The disconnector is arranged in a three-dimensional layout with a compact structure and small volume. Each phase contact system is installed in a small, mutually insulated compartment composed of a base and a bottom plate, with an arc-extinguishing chamber mounted above. The operating mechanism is mounted on the right front of the disconnector and is connected to the contact system via a linkage. The motor operating mechanism is connected to the mechanism's cam through a rotating shaft, serving as energy storage for the disconnector. The shunt release, undervoltage release, and release electromagnet are installed at the top of the mechanism, corresponding to the tripping half-shaft and release half-shaft. The panel has indicators showing the operating status of the disconnector, including "I" (closed), "O" (open), "energy stored," and "energy released," with a close button marked "I" and an open button marked "O."
