Overview

The RT18 Series Powder-filled Cartridge Fuse (hereinafter referred to as “fuse”) is suitable for the line overload and short-circuit protections in the distribution equipment of industrial electrical devices with AC 50 Hz, rated voltage of 220V/380 V and rated current of 63 A or below.

Standards followed: GB/T 13539.1 and GB/T 13539.2.

Normal working conditions

1. Ambient air temperature: The average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed +35°C at -5°C ~ +40°C.

2. Altitude: Not higher than 2,000 m.

3. Relative humidity: Relative humidity shall not be higher than 50% at 40°C. A higher relative humidity is allowed at a lower temperature. The average maximum relative humidity of the wettest month can be up to 90%, and the average minimum temperature of that month is 25°C. The condensation that occurs on the product surface due to temperature changes shall also be considered.

4. Contamination grade: Grade 3.

5. Installation category: III.

6. Installation conditions: According to the requirements of the operation instruction (negotiation between the supplier and the costumer under special conditions).

7. Voltage: The maximum system voltage shall not exceed 110% of the rated voltage of the fuse.
