As one of the 13 industries for national economic activities, this sector consists of three activities: civil engineering construction, line,pipeline and equipment installation as well as construction investigation and design. The sector involves building construction and equipment installation, which serve as production or nonproduction assets for national economy. The development of construction can expand and constrain the scale of investment in fixed assets.
